Narrative campaign expansion for The Elder Scrolls: Call to Arms. Players take part in the Stormcloak Rebellion across a three-part campaign, from the search for the Jagged Crown and the Battle for Whiterun to the siege of Solitude or Windhelm. The campaign includes strategic choices about which Holds to attack and culminates in a final confrontation within the enemy capital. The book adds rules for battles across all nine Holds of Skyrim, expanded environmental effects, faction equipment changes, and thematic bonuses. It also introduces the Hold Guards faction, with Heroes, Followers, and Adversary cards that can serve as allies or enemies.
