The Encyclopedia of Skill Lore

This supplement presents more than two dozen non-magical books that grant competence bonuses to specific skills or skill sets. The books can serve as treasure, quest objectives, or the focus of a campaign in a low-magic setting. It also includes a selection of magical literary items, including a portable library and a pen of scribing, for expanding an adventurer’s collection.
