Mike Denson's WWII squad-level series moves to the Eastern Front, covering fighting in Ukraine near Krivoi Rog and during the 1944 Soviet summer offensive, Operation Bagration. Players command German or Russian forces in missions featuring late-war armor and more open terrain. Russian units rely on numbers and follow rigid mission-focused behavior with limited local command flexibility, creating a distinct tactical challenge. German counterattacks and assaults on Russian defenses are also represented. The base game and Volume II are required to play this module.
