The Rebel's Handook

This science-fiction supplement focuses on insurgencies, rebellions, guerrilla warfare, gang conflicts, and other struggles against those in power. It introduces more than 40 improvised and concealable weapons, including pen lasers, umbrella swords, plasma derringers, and bullet organs. The supplement adds new skill uses, six weapon properties, three weapon fusions, seven weapon accessories, three armor upgrades, nine feats, and class options for seven classes. It also presents the Rebel theme, along with options for spreading dissent and fighting the system.
