Thugee

This roleplaying supplement details the Thugee, a murderous cult of stranglers drawn from history and pulp fiction. It includes historical background and three modern-era versions of the cult for different campaign styles, along with new feats, FX powers, and sample NPCs. The supplement also provides rules for creating and customizing cults and other organizations in Modern d20 campaigns.
