This setting book presents Trident City, an independent city-state where medieval fantasy and superheroes meet, for use with the third edition Mutants & Masterminds system. It details the city's government, districts, law enforcement, businesses, important residents, and major heroes and villains, including more than three dozen NPCs. The book also describes the world of Terra, surrounding nations, the wider cosmos, and races from other planes and worlds. The setting supports the included characters or original player heroes, with threats ranging from mad alchemists and master thieves to anarchic factions and a powerful criminal organization.
