This Numenera supplement provides additional options for customizing player characters and expanding the setting’s strange technology. A new Character Heritage feature explains unusual abilities and origins, while seven Descriptors and seven Foci introduce distinctive traits and capabilities, including creating a duplicate, possessing a shade twin, or assimilating living matter. The supplement also adds ten Cyphers and five Artifacts, including devices such as a Bloodline Analyzer, Voice Trapper, Psychometric Probe, and Technophobia Inducer.
