Uruk II: Promokarte Monarchie

This promo card introduces Monarchy as a black achievement at level 5. It can be played using additional black cards, matching color pairs, or the favor of Nannar, and must follow the normal stage progression from a level 4 achievement. Black cards cannot be replaced by achievements, do not count as a color for civilization-card conditions, and remain affected by disasters. Settlements cannot be placed directly beside them unless the scale is used, though a black card can replace an achievement showing a village or town. With Monarchy in play, the player gains one additional victory point.
