We Must Tell the Emperor: Expansion Kit

Adds new scenarios, Event cards and counters to expand the base game’s scope and options. Introduces an increased focus on China, the Soviet presence, Allied invasion plans for Japan, and a four‑card End War/atomic mini‑deck that can be used to conclude the conflict. Includes a rules sheet, a scenario sheet, 16 Event cards and six 3/4" square game pieces. Not a standalone product; the base game is required to play.
