Wererats of the Roach-Run Sewers

This fantasy roleplaying supplement explores fetid sewers beneath a bustling city, where scheming wererat families use dark magic and manipulative rituals to recruit and transform new members. Their forces include vicious cockroach steeds, diseased dire rats, and wererats capable of shifting between humanoid, hybrid, and animal forms. The supplement adds four feats, five class features, five spells, three magic items, seven wererat stat blocks ranging from CR 3 to 9, and four additional stat blocks ranging from CR 0 to 9.
