Yggdrasil: Burrow of the Grave Wyrm

An ancient evil seeks to tear a section of the Material Plane away and shape it into a domain under its control. This adventure for characters of 11th–16th level is optimized for five characters at level 12 and can follow a completed Curse of Strahd campaign or stand alone as an introduction to interplanar travel from an urban setting. The characters travel across the planes and descend into the roots of the World Tree to confront the Grave Wyrm, a dark power aided by an evil champion who may be one of their own.
