Steam Power

Players build a rail network and establish factories to fulfill contractual obligations and generate income. On each turn a player takes two actions from options that include laying track, constructing factories, fulfilling contracts, earning money, or drawing new contracts. Factories supply resources to the shared board that other players can use for a cost. The game ends after a set number of contracts are completed (variable by player count), and the winner is the player with the most points, with money converted to points.
