Via Nebula
Via Nebula is a board game for 2–4 players. It plays in 45–60 minutes and is meant for ages 12 and up. Ludoya players call it best with 4. It is rated 5,4 out of 10 by 15 Ludoya reviewers.
Players clear mist from a hexagonal valley, open resource production sites, and lay paths to connect them to building locations. On each turn, a player takes two actions such as removing fog, activating a production site, opening a city building spot, carrying resources, or completing a construction contract. Resources and cleared paths are shared and can be used by any player, which encourages temporary cooperation as players harvest wood, stone, wheat and pigs to meet contract requirements. Contracts grant points and often trigger special powers when fulfilled. The game ends when a player completes a fifth building; final actions and scoring then determine the winner.

Pick And Deliver Set Collector game with Tile Placement. Really abstract and cold for me. I thought I would enjoy it more.

Evan4,6 This is a very quick playing basic pickup and deliver game. On your turn you send meeples out to reveal resources, ship a good across empty spaces, clear spaces so they'll be empty, start a building, or finish a building by meeting the requirements of one of the recipe cards. The components are great, the gameplay is smooth, and interesting, as you are looking to see what recipe cards people are aiming for, and how many of each resource is left on the board. It's not going to replace other Wallace games like Steam, but It's a very solid family weight game that has a good layer of strategy and intrigue. ★ Art, Iconography and components functional ★ Clever or interesting mechanisms ★ Reasonably low downtime between turns with mildly AP players ☆ Multiple plays stay interesting ★ Low or mitigatable luck elements ★★★☆☆ Raw enjoyment

How does exploring a fog space or a petrified forest work — what are the placement conditions and what do I resolve when I explore?
Follow the exploration rules and examples for fog spaces (C) and petrified forests (D) on page 6: you may only place exploration tiles where the placement conditions are satisfied and you then resolve the placement-specific effects shown in the examples and diagrams on that page (page 6).
How do explorers transport resources to a building site — do those resources count when I later erect the building?
Explorers transport resources to building sites as explained on page 7; transported resources are available to replace the site when you later erect a building and are consumed as part of that erection (see pages 7–8).
When I erect a building, do I get the building’s card power and when do I place a fulfilled contract?
When you erect a building you replace the site and required resources with the building, immediately use the building card’s power, and place any fulfilled contract as part of that erection procedure (page 8).
What triggers the end of the game and how does final scoring work?
The end-of-game trigger and full end procedures are described on page 9; when the trigger occurs you follow the steps on that page to finish the game and then apply the scoring breakdown and tie rules listed there (page 9).
Where and when do I use private or neutral contract card powers?
Card powers and their timing for private contracts are explained on page 10, and all neutral contracts with full effect text are listed on page 11; activate each card according to the timing and instructions printed on the card (pages 10–11).
