Anima Tactics: Ophiel

A fallen angel and leader of the Dark Samael faction, Ophiel advances his plans through a network of agents and shadowy powers. In play, he combines ranged magic with control effects that reduce nearby enemies’ Action Points and restrict their movement. His Ki attacks deliver increasing bonuses to Attack and Damage, with his strongest attack using the better of two dice rolls.
