Balck Friday: The Tatsinskaya Raid, December 1942

Simulate Hermann Balck’s 11th Panzer Division as it responds to a Soviet armored probe behind the German lines during the winter battles around Stalingrad. On Christmas Day 1942, German forces attempt to protect the Tatsinskaya airfield, which supports the besieged Stalingrad Pocket. The game uses a full-color map, 100 die-cut counters, and four pages of rules to portray this rapid armored action. Hexes represent approximately 0.667 miles, with each turn covering eight hours.
