Catalyst: Promo Goal Card E

A promotional Goal card that is shuffled with the basic game's Goal cards before one is selected at random. It scores points for having the most Catalyst cards of a color, sets of three Catalyst cards, "5" cards, and sets containing "1", "2", and "3" cards, with scoring determined by the building colors.
