Expancity: Dice Tower Cruise Promo Tile

A promotional tile featuring the Independence of the Seas cruise ship, distributed at Dice Tower Cruise 3. Set it aside at the start of the game. The first player to score 12 or more points on a building may place it as a free action, connected to at least one tile by road. Tiles may not be placed along its water sides.
