Players command airships crewed by pioneers as they explore and develop a newly formed world. Each turn, five workers are assigned to tasks such as piloting the airship, researching map patterns, scouting and placing terrain tiles, gathering resources, building townships, repairing damage, or engaging rival airships in combat. Players score victory points by constructing townships, completing geographic patterns, and winning aerial battles. Resource management and tile placement shape the map and provide new opportunities, while optional combat can hinder opponents and earn additional points.
