Four Against Darkness

A solitaire dungeon-delving pen-and-paper game in which a party of four heroes explores a dungeon generated through dice rolls. Players use pencil, two dice, and graph paper to map rooms, resolve encounters, and guide the party through the dungeon. The game can also be played cooperatively, with players sharing control of the characters, or with two players each leading a separate party along different paths. Miniatures, dungeon tiles, or a dry-erase board can be used but are not required.
