Fugitive

A fugitive is framed for a jewel heist and must escape across New York City while avoiding capture. One player secretly plays numbered location cards to create a route, using special movement cards to conceal their position. The other player acts as the marshal, deducing the route and searching locations to catch the fugitive before they reach safety.
