It is January 1936, and the uneasy peace established after the First World War is beginning to fracture. Players guide nations through the years leading to and during the Second World War, managing diplomacy, research, industry, trade, and military production. Armies, navies, and air forces are organized and directed across a detailed global map, while national policies and strategic decisions shape the course of the conflict.
