High Lords of Marn

A quasi-feudal realm blends Mesopotamian and Frankish influences, where descendants of an ancient people live under the rule of a culture from afar. Atazaan, a semi-benevolent power, forces diverse peoples to coexist while a rigid Law governs society. This system- and genre-agnostic setting supports fantasy, steampunk, post-apocalyptic, or futuristic campaigns. Characters may serve the Monarch, the High Lords, or the Nithbana investigators, or live outside the Law as thieves, rebels, and heretics.
