In the Middle Ages, rival lords expand their kingdoms through warfare, recruitment, and construction. Players raise armies from villagers and peasants, recruit cavalry and war machines, strengthen cities and fortifications, and lay siege to opposing strongholds. Secret missions and support from other lords can increase a kingdom’s power, while the black plague may eliminate troops and hinder expansion. Players must balance military campaigns, defenses, and territorial growth to become the dominant lord of the realm.
