Lair

A villainous base-building game set in a 1960s-style underground headquarters inside a volcanic island. Players construct rooms such as missile silos, interrogation rooms, and shark tanks, placing them strategically to earn their nefarious boss’s favor. Using worker placement, players send henchmen to claim rooms and command them with a boss figure to activate room abilities. Work Tokens can also be used to command other players’ henchmen, giving those players the tokens. An expanding score track doubles as an elevator shaft, affecting available building options and strategy.
