Mastermind the minds of London’s citizens as a Great Old One seeking to fulfill a secret goal. Play cards to summon lesser entities, use Insanity abilities to spread madness, and battle rival Great Old Ones across the city. Each Great One has unique powers and is difficult to eliminate, but filling the Doomsday track causes everyone to lose.
