One More Barrel

Invade a petroleum-rich nation under the pretext of finding weapons of mass destruction, while using media and public opinion to justify the operation. Deploy troops, conquer provinces, extract and sell oil, and award contracts to companies in the home country. Each player also controls a rebel group that becomes active after the first phase of the war, disrupting opposing forces and competing for the last barrel. The richest leader wins.
