River Landing

River Landing is a board game for 0 players.

A 40 x 40 inch, full-color battlemap depicting a shallow river with a central dock and a walled road leading north toward a royal castle. The single-level exterior map is designed for fantasy roleplaying games and includes square, hex, no-overlay, and virtual tabletop versions. Small boats must navigate the river’s shoals to reach the landing, where a royal entourage arrives under light guard. The location can support an ambush by bandits from the surrounding forest, with players defending the nobles and remaining guards at the dock and along the road.
