Rookie's Guide to Psi-Talent

This roleplaying supplement explores psi-talent in Mega-City One, where rare psykers can influence minds, move objects, see the future and summon dangerous psychic entities. It details the Psi-Flux and introduces specialists focused on Dimensionalism, Precognition, Pyrokinesis, Telekinesis or Telepathy. The supplement adds more than 90 psi-powers, new feats, prestige classes and rules for summoning entities. It also includes high-tech equipment such as the lethal Psi-Amplifier, along with guidance for developing psi-talented characters as judges, criminals or other citizens.
