Sobek

Players compete as merchants in ancient Egypt, drafting goods, playing character powers, and displaying sets to sell for points. Each turn a player either takes a goods card, uses a character with a special ability, or reveals a set of matching goods to score. Goods taken can grant profit but also add corruption markers to the player's pile; the player with the most corruption at scoring has their income heavily reduced. Rounds consist of five markets of nine cards each; play continues for three rounds or until a player reaches 100 points. The game mixes tactical choices, hand management, and risk from corruption.
