Капитан Сонар
Two teams each crew a submarine and compete to locate and destroy the opposing vessel beneath the waves. Players take assigned roles—Captain, Radio Operator, Engineer (and Chief Mate in larger groups)—and coordinate movement, detection, and weapon preparation. The Radio Operator deciphers enemy movements, the Engineer reloads torpedoes and devices, and the Captain plots and announces maneuvers. Play can be simultaneous real-time for tense coordination or turn-by-turn for a slower pace. Multiple maps change tactical options, and combat pauses briefly to resolve attacks before play continues.

Jouer à 8 avec tonton et les cousins, (adultes), c'est possible. Le touché coulé revisité avec plaisir, plein de beau matériel (la boîte est bien lestée...). Une version family qu'on ne connaît pas existe, des scénarios aussi, bref si les jeux en immersion vous disent, vous ne serez pas déçus. Prévoir une ou deux parties pour apprivoiser les persos donc à recommander si vous jouez souvent avec le même groupe de joueurs.

How should the Captain announce our movement (what do I say/write)?
The Captain announces a course (direction) and propulsion/speed using the standard course notation and examples; the Radio Operator records and confirms these announcements—see the course announcement examples and blackout/advice (p.2).
Can I change a course after I've announced it or mid-move?
You cannot retroactively change moves that have already been executed; you may alter your future route only by using the confirmation/route reset procedures described for turn-by-turn and real-time play (pp.2, 5).
What exactly can the Engineer repair and how do the gauges work?
The Engineer manages the system gauges, tracks damage and breakdowns, and spends repair actions to remove damage or repair the reactor and self-repair according to the damage-resolution and repair rules (pp.3–4).
When and how can we fire torpedoes or deploy mines?
Launching torpedoes and dropping/triggering mines are system activations governed by the weapons/mines rules; the procedures, activation requirements and examples are given in the torpedo and mine section (p.6).
What happens when we surface—what does surfacing do and what can it repair?
Surfacing is a special action with its own procedure that permits specific repairs and interacts with reactor repair; consult the surfacing and repair rules for the exact steps and effects (pp.5, 4).
What does Silence do and how do sonar and drones work?
Silence changes detection and communication mechanics (affecting sonar/contact procedures) and the rules for drones, Silence and sonar interactions, including examples, are explained in the dedicated section (p.7).
