Players lead competing boyar families in 16th‑century Tsardom of Russia, seeking power and honor across four decades of the tsar’s reign. Each round begins with sending boyars to Kremlin chambers to select actions, then players collect income from estates, place and move boyars and warriors on the map, and pursue construction, trade and military projects. Players acquire titles and estates, exchange goods, fortify cities and equip troops, and use influence at court and bribes to gain the Tsar’s favor, which resolves ties. End‑of‑round regional influence awards and final victory points determine the winning family.
