The Game of CHIPS

A dice game in which players try to remove numbered chips from 1 to 10. Each round, a player rolls two dice and removes any one or more chips whose values add up to the dice total. Rolls continue until no matching combination remains, and the values of the remaining chips are scored. After three rounds, the player with the lowest total score wins.
