Town Center

Town Center is a board game for 2–4 players. It plays in 30 minutes and is meant for ages 12 and up. Ludoya players call it best with 3.

Select city blocks to construct a town center, but available modules may not be enough to meet every plan. Over ten rounds, players gain two different-colored cubes through a non-random selection system and add them to personal city boards. Flats, shops, offices, generators, lifts, car parks, and civic buildings can be arranged and stacked into towers, with adjacent and vertically connected modules generating influence. Buildings may evolve into larger structures, while electricity must supply flats, shops, and lifts. Shops and car parks provide income when powered, and taller, larger cities score more points.
