An operational-level wargame depicting coalition and insurgent operations in Afghanistan. Players command regular and irregular forces within a defined region, allocating operational capabilities through a military staff system and Joint Operations cards. Combat incorporates military action, political operations, and intelligence rather than simple attrition. Objective cards represent political determination and strategic goals, while players work to identify the opposing objective and adapt their operations accordingly.
