Catching Fire: Seeds Of Rebellion

Players take on the roles of rebels working against the Capitol in Panem. Their mission is to establish secret bases throughout the districts while avoiding attention from the Peacekeepers. Success gives the rebellion a chance to challenge the Capitol; failure leaves it without the support it needs.
