Solitaire wargame of the expansion of the Russian Empire under Empress Catherine II from 1762 to 1796. Players direct Russian and allied forces while a shifting anti-Russian coalition is managed by the game system. Policy cards trigger strategies, powers, wars, and other events. Russian policies are chosen by the player, while coalition policies are activated by drawn markers. Each turn represents five years, with objectives and the balance of power determining the outcome.
