Clinic Expansion: Medical Dossier 1

This expansion adds new facilities and abilities to the hospital, including a dormitory, cafeteria, ambulance area, and maintenance shop. It also introduces 48 Urban Design cards with three-dimensional structures to build across three levels of complexity, plus a fifth floor for hospital directors. Eight janitor cubes maintain corridors and elevators, while twelve additional player cubes support the new buildings. The expansion includes the required rules.
