Grackles

Line up grackles—iridescent birds on telephone wires—to create scoring patterns. Each turn, draw and place a tile, connect two spots with birds, extend a line, or rotate an empty tile. Once the 5×5 board is complete and all wire spots are filled, the player with the most birds wins.
