This supplement explores an alternate naval arms race in which Germany builds a fleet capable of challenging the British Grand Fleet. It includes background essays, more than two dozen scenarios, and laser-cut playing pieces representing proposed German battleships, cruisers, and armored cruisers. The scenarios require the Jutland game to play.
