Heroes of Metro City: Powers and Enemies

A 25-card promotional set adds new Powers and Enemies to the superhero game. The cards introduce additional effects and abilities, including “Kickstarted Super-Cycle,” which can become an Energy Source for Travel and Wild Powers or provide an extra Plot Point when activated at a higher cost. Available to backers at the “A HERO IS BORN – COMPLETE” level or higher.
