New Haven: Charters

Race to claim charters by completing rows and columns on your Village board or building six structures of the same resource type. Seven tiles provide additional victory points for being first to meet their conditions. The Governor charter awards two extra points to the player with the most charters at the end of the game; ties receive no award.
