North Africa '40: The 1940 Expansion to North Africa '41

An expansion that adds the 1940–December 1941 campaign layer to the existing North Africa system, covering Operazione E (the Italian invasion of Egypt) and the Allied counter‑offensive, Operation Compass. Players command Axis and Allied forces through scenarios and extended campaigns that range from short engagements (6–12 turns) to full campaigns (26–32 turns). The module introduces new rules and counters for units and conditions specific to 1940–41, including Italian Saharan forces, Libyan tank command, tank reliability, civilian evacuees/stragglers, coastal ports like Sollum, and post‑Compass refit procedures. Play materials include scenario setup/reinforcement cards, turn record and player aid tracks, a countersheet, and a rules booklet with historical notes and play examples.
