Red Poppies Campaigns: The Battles for Ypres

WWI battles from the perspective of battalion and regimental command posts. Players direct infantry companies across historically accurate maps, coordinating opening bombardments, movement, fire, and melee against machine guns and other battlefield hazards. The system models the tension between command and survival as units form for responsiveness and disperse to withstand enemy fire. Scenarios reflect the evolution of WWI tactics, while linked campaigns carry results between battles and track attrition, supply lines, and replacements.
