Roll for the Galaxy: Terraforming Colony/Diversified Economy Promo Tile

Adds two new bag tiles that introduce a production-focused world and a production bonus economics tile. One world is a blue Terraforming Colony that grants $2 and a Novelty (cyan) good when placed. The Diversified Economy tile is a Produce technology that, at the end of the Produce phase, awards additional income equal to the number of goods produced on differently colored worlds. Players draw and add these tiles to their dice bag to expand available worlds and technologies, then use them in the usual worker-drafting, dice-rolling engine to settle, produce, ship, and score.
