An alternate-history naval supplement exploring a Second World War in which Imperial Russia survives the First World War and continues its naval expansion. It includes ten scenarios set in the Black and Mediterranean Seas, featuring modernized dreadnoughts, unfinished ships brought into service, and vessels that were planned but never built. This supplement is not playable on its own and requires Bomb Alley, Arctic Convoy, and Imperial and Royal Navy. It is available exclusively as a PDF download.
