Small City: Character Meeple Expansion 2 – The Godzillas

Industrial production releases pollution that awakens giant monsters beneath the earth. During the first four rounds, the monsters remain dormant. From the end of the fifth round onward, players roll a die to determine who hosts a monster, which appears first in the harbor and later at factories. Monsters move through the city in directions chosen by the player hosting them. Citizens along their path are swallowed, and buildings they pass through become inactive. Players track radioactivity with black discs and can remove two of them by choosing the Engineer action.
