Sunrise City: Bonus Roles and Buildings

This expansion adds four role cards and five community tiles. The Detective combines zone tiles with another player, then selects four to keep; the City Planner rotates controlled zones before buildings are placed; the Foreign Investor scores floor points for even-numbered floors; and the Re-Elected Socialite chooses a role used in an earlier round. The Power Plant, University, Theatre, Library, and Stadium affect surrounding construction, reducing points for nearby Residential, Commercial, Parks & Recreation, Industrial, or Mixed-Use buildings respectively.
