The 6 Days of Glory

This operational Napoleonic wargame covers Napoleon’s February 1814 campaign against the Prussian and Russian armies on the road to Paris. Players command division-sized formations across a map of snowy and muddy terrain in scenarios covering Champaubert, Montmirail, and Vauchamps, or link all three battles into a campaign. Play uses command checks, movement, combat, artillery bombardment, supply, demoralization, and leadership initiative. Night turns allow force marches, while afternoon weather can turn ground to mud for wheeled units. Allied team play divides command between Prussian and Russian forces, requiring written messages for communication.
