The Cards of Cthulhu

Based on H.P. Lovecraft’s Cthulhu mythos, this cooperative card-and-dice game has players take on the roles of Investigators battling invading Minions and Horrors across four Cult boards. Players build a team of Followers with special abilities, gain items, and use cards and dice to defeat Minor, Major, and Unspeakable Horrors. Special cards can alter the cult decks or impose additional costs. If more than five Minions occupy any Cult board at the end of a turn, that cult summons its Elder God and the players lose. If the Cult deck is emptied before the world ends, the players win.
