The Nacho Incident

Hire smugglers to sneak Mexican food into Canada, choosing profitable combinations of smugglers, goods, and destinations while evading the Mounties. Select smugglers secretly and reveal them simultaneously. Higher-ranked smugglers act first and offer more options, but attract greater attention. Establish cantinas to fund future operations, though the Mounties may shut them down. After 12 turns, the player with the most money wins.
